Welcome to Spoto! By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our service.

1. IntroductionSpoto
(“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a parking booking service that allows users (“you” or “user”) to reserve parking spots in advance. Parking prices are determined based on the spot owner, location, day, and time. Prices and specific cancellation policies are displayed to users during the booking process.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Spoto app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Booking and Pricing

Parking spot prices are dynamic and may vary based on factors such as location, time of day, and day of the week.
   • Exact pricing and cancellation policies are provided to you at the time of booking.
   • You are responsible for verifying booking details before confirming your reservation.

4. Payment
   • Spoto does not store your payment card information. All payment data is securely processed and stored by our third-party provider, Stripe.    • Payments are collected exclusively for parking space rental services.
   • By making a booking, you authorize Spoto to charge your card through Stripe for the reservation amount. Your payment information is      used solely for processing payments for parking services.

5. User Responsibilities

You may only park in your reserved spot during the specified booking time. Parking outside the reserved time frame is strictly prohibited.
   • If you park outside of your booking time, you will receive a warning.
   • Continued violations of parking terms may result in temporary blocking by the parking space owner, preventing you from using that      owner’s parking spots. This block typically does not exceed 3 months.
   • To dispute a block, please contact support at park@spoto.com

6. Cancellation and Refunds
   • Cancellation policies are determined by the specific parking space owner and will be shown during the booking process.
   • Please review the cancellation terms provided during booking before confirming your reservation.

7. Account Suspension and Termination
   • 
Spoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, particularly if you park outside the reserved time       frame or repeatedly ignore warnings.
   • In cases of repeated violations, the parking space owner may block you from using their spots for a limited period of up to 3 months.
   • If you believe a block is unjustified, you can appeal by contacting our support team at park@spoto.com

8. Data Access and Deletion Requests
   • Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting park@spoto.com
      We will respond to such requests within 7 days.

9. Limitation of Liability
   • 
Spoto is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur while using our service or parking spots.
   • We do not guarantee the availability, security, or condition of parking spots provided by third-party owners.

10. Modifications to Terms
   • Spoto reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users through the app.
      Continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
